Every season, AYSO volunteers give their time, energy, and heart so kids can play. EXPO is where you get to recharge. Hosted by Sections across the country, AYSO EXPOs are weekend-long gatherings for coaches, referees, administrators, and board members. You’ll find hands-on workshops, official certifications, and continuing education taught by experienced instructors. You’ll also meet volunteers from neighboring Regions who see similar challenges as you do and are finding creative ways to solve them. It’s training you can’t get from a webinar or a local session, because the people in the room are part of the magic.

EXPO is more than a classroom. It’s a weekend to recharge, reconnect, and reaffirm why you said yes to volunteering in the first place. Swap stories over meals, explore the sponsors and vendors, cheer as we celebrate the volunteers who go above and beyond, and maybe bring your family along to enjoy the fun. Whether you’re a first-timer or a longtime volunteer, there’s a seat waiting for you. Many attendees tell us they leave with new ideas, new friends, and fresh energy for the season ahead.
